Acclaim Studios Austin, formerly Iguana Entertainment, also had plenty of explosions in their games.  Lot’s of blood, lot’s of body parts...it was a reason to play Turok.  Shadow of Oblivion doesn’t disappoint in the area of violence, but to some it didn’t quite fulfill their Turok needs.

Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion marks several “first times” in the series. First, there is not one main character, but two.  The second first is that one of the main characters is a female.  This also marks the only time in a Turok game where there are multiple paths to the ending depending on which character you choose to play as.

The Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion Soundtrack is full of the usual Turok music; heavy beats and drums, orchestra sounds, and a Native American theme.
